Tessa & Stephen
I am a huge fan of very creative and very organised people. My wife, Zoë, is one of them and Tessa, our bride from Oxford, is another. From the get go, Tessa sent us so much helpful information about where she was getting ready before the wedding, the church where the ceremony was taking place, the gorgeous village of Wytham where the church and reception venues were and was clearly one of the most organised brides we’ve had the pleasure of working with. But this is no surprise because Tessa is an assistant head-teacher, who is dearly loved by all her students and some of them suppressed her as she exited the church.
Not only was Tessa extremely organised but her eye for detail and all things beautiful was absolutely on the money. From the beautiful design of her wedding dress, and the choice (and amount!) of flowers, to the decor at the reception and the overall look and feel of the day. Once speeches and dinner was over, both Tessa and Stephen relaxed into the evening with some beautiful sunset shots and plenty of dancing on the dance floor with as many of their guests as possible. Everyone seemed to be genuinely happy to be there and to be a part of such a happy day; there were smiles and laughter all day long which made our jobs as photographers an absolute dream. The green-fingered among you will appreciate the (many) floral contributions to this portfolio and neither Zoë or I are apologising for it because, as you’ll see, it was just b-e-a-utiful to look at. Enjoy
